Award winning author, Susan Marie Chapman is passionate about writing books. Susan grew up surrounded by nature and animals on a farm in southern Pennsylvania. She is the eldest of eight children, a mother of two, and a grandmother of four, which gives her plenty of ideas to write about.

Today Susan resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with her two Pomeranian dogs, Sugar and

Marshmallow. Susan is the author/creator of the Grumpy the Iguana and Green Parrot picture book series and the Sugar & Cookie picture book series.
