Few Words From the Author/Publisher:

Author's Biography

The daughter of refugees from Hitler’s Germany, I was born and brought up in post-war London. I movevd to Israel in my early twenties and have worked as a translator, editor, and writer, both free-lance and employed in a major financial institution. I have a B.A. in Sociology and Economics from the London School of Economics and an M.A. in Communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Now retired from translating, I devote my time to writing, and have published eight novels to date. They are all available in ebook and paperback form on Amazon, and may also be accessed from my website: www.shefer-vanson.com

I write a weekly blog (http://fromdorothea.wordpress.com) containing reviews of books, concerts and exhibitions, as well as my travels, general topics, politics and anything that interests me at the time.

I am married to an Israeli physicist, and we have three children, eight grandchildren, and one grand-dog. I also enjoy gardening, cooking and painting in watercolors, and my pictures adorn the covers of my books.
