Author's Biography

David H. Hutton was born in Kansas City, Missouri; raised in Richardson, Texas; and educated at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Community and Regional Planning. Having spent a career in land planning and city planning, he is the author of the award-winning City of Leander “Composite Zoning Ordinance” and other technical publications.
